We have five spacious guest bedrooms, all have en-suite showers with our Deluxe Double also having a large free-standing bath. Our Deluxe Double (Room 1), our Single and a Standard Double/Twin are all on the first floor, and we have two Family Suites on the second floor (for much of the year these suites are used as a standard double). If you would like a room on the first floor please request this when booking.
All our rooms have tea and coffee making facilities, an iron and an ironing board, hair dryer, toiletries, comfy chairs for each guest (or a sofa in our Deluxe Double), TV, alarm clock, wardrobe, chest of drawers and free WiFi.
We have free on-site parking for all our guests.
Prices are for Bed and Breakfast and based on our discounted prices for 3 or more nights in high season.
Room 1 has a king-sized bed, overlooks the garden and has a large en-suite with a free standing bath and powerful shower.

Our Family Suites each have two rooms, with a shower room and a toilet between the rooms as in the pictures. Each room in the suite has its own television, and tea and coffee making facilities. The suites are ideal not only for families, but also for small groups of walkers/golfers/cyclists etc.
Room 4 has a king-sized double and a single, and Room 5 is a king-sized double and a twin. Each room can have an extra bed suitable for under 11s.
Please be aware that our Family Suites are on the second floor and we don't have a lift.

All our Double Rooms have at least a 5 foot king-sized bed and a powerful en-suite shower. When booking a standard double you may end up in a family suite. Don't worry you won't be sharing with anyone else; you'll just be able to enjoy the extra space. If you would like this extra space for sure please book a Family Suite for Two.
