Beaches and Exmoor National Park

 

Woolacombe Beach - is one of the finest beaches in the West Country with numerous awards.

 

Saunton Sands Beach - Saunton Sands is a three mile long expanse of sandy beach facing due west backed by impressive sand dunes. This is a popular beach with surfers and ideal for families.

 

Croyde Beach - A world famous sandy beach, backed by sand dunes and situated in a small bay on the North Devon Coast. The stepped beach and rocks make it one of the best surfing in Europe.

 

Exmoor National Park - Stunning landscapes, wilderness and tranquility, rare in southern England, and a warm rural welcome await you on Exmoor, one of Britain's breathing places; and the glimpse of wild Red Deer or the native Exmoor Pony, are just a couple of the delights that make Exmoor special.

 

 

Attractions

 

The Big Sheep - An all weather attraction for all the family - come and see the famous sheep racing as well as one of the biggest indoor play areas (for all ages) in the UK.

 

Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park - Explore 26 acres of stunning gardens with cascading waterfalls and 100’s of exotic birds and animals.

 

The Milky Way - is North Devon’s largest all weather family attraction, with five major rides and live shows throughout the day.

 

Quince Honey Farm - This one of a kind attraction is set in a real life fully functioning honey farm! With over 1500 beehives it is the largest of its kind in the UK and has been in operation for 60 years.
